About Me

Hello! I’m Grace, a writer, editor, and researcher based in Vancouver, BC. I use the pronouns she/her and they/them.

I hold an Honours BA in Sociology and Professional Writing & Communication from the University of Toronto. Currently, I’m an MA Sociology candidate at Simon Fraser University researching how capitalist and nationalist mythologies inform the deepening precariousness of racialized workers engaged in migrant labour in North America.

My debut collection of creative nonfiction stories, Prelude: & Other Stories, came out from Life Rattle Press in June of 2020. My speculative short fiction and prose poetry have appeared in multiple anthologies and magazines from 2011 to the present. My other writing (articles, personal essays, and creative nonfiction) can be read on various online publications or on my blog.

I edit academic, creative, and nonfiction writing. View my editing services and rates. Contact me by email or connect with me on LinkedIn!
